Cargo Chic

Top: Zara, no longer available (similar style – 25% off with code SHOPFORFALL!) / Pants: Zara (loving these!) / Heels: Zara / Necklace: Purple Peridot via Groopdealz / Watch: Michael Kors / Bag: LV Neverfull GM / Bracelets: Mindy Mae’s Market & Hermes Clic Clac

Something about the fall season just lends itself to the word “cozy.” From the bonfires and s’mores to pumpkin picking (here’s an amazing recipe that manages to involve both!), there’s something about it that makes you want to throw on your most worn sweater and a pair of boots. Lately, I’ve been loving the trend of dressing up casual pieces. I mean, if I have the chance to wear sweatpants outside my house without looking like a hot mess, I will take it.

These cargo pants from Zara are the perfect way to add that casual, pajama feel to your everyday work attire or a night out. I decided to go for a natural color scheme, and threw mine on with a plain white tee, some gold jewels and these fabulous snakeskin heels. Speaking of snakeskin, I’m obsessing over all the amazing pieces that have come out recently in this print, and it’s quickly on its way to becoming a neutral in my book. The new Altuzarra for Target has some great affordable options like this python blouse and this pencil skirt!

Thanks so much for reading! xo

I'm so obsessing with Target's new line! I was there last weekend saying "get me out of here before I buy ALL THE THINGS!" I love this style! So different from anything I would have put together, and so gorgeous and chic! Beautiful gal!

I just found your blog so…I know what I'll be doing all night!! Love your style!! And those pants are to die for!! You wore them MUCH better than the zara model!

Despite working at Anthropologie (and goodness knows we've had plenty of Cargo Pants through the years), I never owned a pair until recently. Never thought about pairing them with heels (I've worn them with wedges) Definitely adds sophistication to the look
