Pumpkin patch attire is hard. One would have thought by now, after living on the East Coast my whole life, and visiting them at least twice during autumn, I would have been a old pro, but it always manages to stump me. I mean, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t look cute while attempting to walk through gourds and stacks of hay, but comfort is key. You don’t want to be that girl on a hayride falling off the tractor because your heel got caught (I speak solely from experience). Stick to layers, low heels and denim for fall days and activities. It makes it easier to deal with mother nature’s mood swings and saves you from suffocating in a sweatshirt that you forgot to put something under.
