We’ve officially reached that uncomfortable, unpredictable “transitional” period. The time of the year when half of the country is either under a blanket of snow, and half of the country has no idea if they should wear shorts or parkas most days. Half of the time what you’ll wear in the morning will be a 360 from what you’ll be wearing in the evening, and it all just turns into a laundry nightmare.
At this point, I’m already past my chunky knit season and more than ready to bust out spring styles. To get the best of both worlds, I love layering my warmer weather clothes with my winter ones! Maxis are the easiest during this time. They keep your legs covered, but you have the option of throwing a little something over your shoulders in case the weather decides to be a spoil sport and rain on your spring time parade.
I’ve gotten a lot of emails about posting photos of my India trip [I’m in India till March 30th!]. And while a whole post on that is coming soon, I’ve teamed up my favorite gals from TAudrey Jewelry to do a little takeover of their Instagram tomorrow! Follow along and see what a “normal” day for me in India is like! You can follow TAudrey’s Instagram here and shop their beautiful pieces here.
This dress is so perfect for Spring! I love everything about it…from the print to the slits…to being paired with that cute denim jacket!
