Happy last week of 2015! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and time to enjoy with loved ones!

Finally, after a total of 8 hours on the phone, some tears and about 40 emails of me using all caps, my blog hiatus has come to an end and my site seems to be back to normal! Thank you to everyone who sent emails letting me know about the issue and a huge thank you to my amazing blog designer, Stephanie [How Sweet Designs] for answering my frantic emails in the middle of the night and always assuring me that we’d figure it out. Seriously gals, if you’re on the lookout for an amazing blog designer check her out!

Anyways, enough of my blog drama! I shared a peek of this look a few weeks ago on IG and finally managed to get around to posting it! After 23 years, I’ve discovered that I love skirts. In the past month I think I’ve ordered 3, and show no signs of slowing down. This one from ChicWish is my new BFF. Firstly, it’s neoprene. Which basically means it’s thick, stretchy and most importantly – super flattering. You won’t feel like you’re in a scuba gear or a wetsuit, but it’s great for the cooler months since it’ll keep you a little warmer! When the temps drop a little lower throw on some tights and tuck in a sweater and you’re good to go. I paired it with a light chambray and black pumps, which took me from meetings to drinks in a pinch! I kept accessories simple with a fun cross body and easy gold jewels. This Lucky Star Jewels necklace I’ve been wearing nonstop is my new essential for necklace layering, but also looks so pretty by itself!
