Bright Pink Romper

Sail to Sable Romper

I’m home from my whirlwind blog conference weekend in Dallas, and while I’m so happy to be home with Armaan and the pups [and out of heels], I’m seriously missing my roomies! I met Brie and Lauren for the first time after I stepped off the plane, and we immediately clicked! From arriving late to just about everything, making our room look like a tornado hit it, spilling yogurt on each other in meetings [sorry Lauren!] and a few wardrobe malfunctions, we had so many laughs [way too many with the Snapchat face swap filter] and such a great time together, I can’t wait to plan another adventure.

I wore this little Sail to Sable silk romper for the first night of the conference for a pool party and I’m convinced that this shade of pink makes you look like you’ve gotten spray tan, even if you look like you’ve stepped off the set of Downton Abbey. It’s breezy, bright and the perfect piece to throw into your suitcase if you’re jaunting off to somewhere tropical, or even if you’re just going to Sunday brunch! I wore it with wedges, a neutral clutch and denim jacket last weekend for a dinner in Naples, but dressed it up a little more with some simple strappy heels on Thursday. I’m swooning over it because it’s one of the versatile, investment pieces that stands out in your closet, but won’t ever go out of style!

What a great romper!!! That color is so hot this year and I laughed out loud at your Downtom Abbey comment — so true! I loved following along on snapchat this weekend. You and your friends were super cute lol!

Haha, it’s totally how I feel sometimes! With my Norwegian roots, tanning is not in my DNA. Thanks so much – I feel I snapped so little, this weekend was so crazy! Have a great week! xx

So sad I missed you at the conference. I wanted to make it work so badly, but it just wasn’t in the cards this time. Hopefully next year we’ll hang out. I need to see you again! This pink romper looks amazing on you!!! Did I tell you I ordered these shoes and am obsessed!

Thank you so so much girl! I was actually a little unsure of how I felt with the wedges and romper before I put it on, but I ended up loving it!
