What to Wear to a Spring Wedding

ModCloth Wedding

So, confession time. Armaan and I have still not set a date. I know, I know. So bad! We have a lot of big decisions to make coming up with wedding planning, and the main one being is if we want to have two. One here in the states and one in India. Crazy right!? I can barely think of planning one, let alone two! We’re still waiting for a bunch of details to come in, but right now were at a standstill, so I have no problem just pinning my heart away with inspiration until we have the finals details to make a decision.

We have a bunch of summer weddings to attend coming up, I’ve been doing some major dress shopping. Finding the right dress to wear is sometimes hard, since a lot of the time, it’s hard to pinpoint an exact dress that will be perfect for the occasion. Plus, you also want a piece you’ll wear again and again! Basically something versatile that’ll take you from a black tie to beach, and  this neutral lace number from ModCloth is just that. I love that the lilac-grey color works for any skin tone and won’t clash with any decor! I paired it with these amazing block heels (I walked about 100 stairs + grass with these babies the first time I wore them and no discomfort!) that would work for a dressier wedding, or you could throw it on with some sparkly flats if you know you’ll be hitting the dance floor.

The new ModCloth Wedding Collection has got you covered when it comes to bridal needs. From wedding dresses, guest attire, makeup for your big day, gifts and even decor – it has everything. And it’s all cute! *praise hand emoji* The best part is that it’s formatted in a way that’s easy to navigate, so you can shop based on the occasion you need it for and see a bunch of great options. I love how easy that is – since they have a specific section for every bridal event. Going to wedding next week and need a dress for that? They have section specifically for guests, which I love! It takes all the guessing out of what’s appropriate or not!

Did you need a slip under this dress? And can you please add the type of bra you wore with this dress? It’s a great wedding dress for guests.

Nope! It comes with a nude colored lining under the lace. I just added the link to the bra in the outfit details at the end of the post 🙂 It’s my fave strapless bra because it doesn’t slip!

I can imagine how overwhelming the thought of planning two weddings can be! I have a few friends that are Indian, so they had two celebrations and the one in India was more of a week long celebration, VERY extravagant! As for your dress, I love it! The colors and lace details are so pretty and I love it paired with those shoes and purse! Thanks so much for sharing and I hope you’re having a great start to your week so far!

    XO,
