Back to School Must Haves

Back to school is right around the corner, and I’m seriously feeling nostalgic for my school days! Was it just me, or was picking out your new pens, planners and notebooks one of the main reasons you were excited to head back to class?! Even throughout college, getting new supplies, filling out my folders and jotting dates down in my planner were things I always looked forward to!

I was one of those people in college that opted against bringing my laptop to class to take notes – I would always physically write it out in my notebook. My girlfriends to this day say how crazy that was! I would have pages upon pages of handwritten notes (slightly obsessive about it) and then for a test I would have to type it all out on my laptop as my study guide, print it out and then highlight it like crazy. It would have been even better if I had these pretty floral notebooks in my bag!

I went to school on the East Coast, so on those crisp fall days, I would love cozying up in a warm sweatshirt. This white pullover is super chic and super soft! Perfect for throwing on over your PJs if you’re running late to class. Also, how adorable is this metallic backpack? I love how it has a Rebecca Minkoff look to it, without the price tag.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Let me know what you gals your favorite part of going back to school was! Any other compulsive note takes out there?! XO!

P.S: If you’re looking to snag a new bag for the fall, Tory Burch is having an AMAZING private sale! Up to 70% off and you can gain access to it here.

Oh my word, I love this! Thank you for posting back to school items! So many bloggers forget that a lot of their readers are still in high school and or university. THANK you for reminding me about that Patagonia pullover …. it sold out during the Nordstrom Sale and I’ve been lusting over it since. I also just sent an email to you! XOOX

Hi Lily! Thank you for the sweet words, that means so much! If you’re getting the pullover I recommend sizing UP – I originally bought a small but had to exchange if for a medium. The arms are a tad short! But it’s just SO cozy!

I’m a grad student and still typically take handwritten notes. You actually retain more information that way! I got some adorable little notebooks and pens from Target for the Fall semester, as well as a little Day Designer planner and can’t wait to use them all.

I completely agree! There is something so satisfying also about flipping through your notebook and seeing all your notes. I love it! Oh, I need to check out Targets stationary in store! I was swooning over the online selection but need to make an actual run there. I’ve heard amazing things about the Day Designer! Looking into that now!
