Happy Wednesday ladies! I’m more than a little excited to be halfway through the week. I’m headed on a family-fun trip at the end of the week to Disney with my parents and Armaan and I can hardly contain my excitement. Armaan’s totally in his element. He’s a super organized person, so in true fashion every single day, including Fast Pass selections for all our favorite rides, is already planned out and all of our reservations are made. Last time I joked he was like a drill sergeant in getting up to the rides on time, haha! He totally didn’t find the humor. 😉 Anyways, since we’re headed to Florida and the temps will be warmer than the Northeast, I’m loving the amazing sweater weather we’re having here this week!
An oversized turtleneck sweater is a must in any cooler weather wardrobe – making it possible for you still to look chic and stay warm. It’s an ideal piece for when you know you’ll be spending your time outside, and I mean – who wouldn’t want to in the fall? Perfect temperatures, bonfires, pumpkin picking, football games and falling leaves make me a total ‘outdoorsy’ kind of girl in this weather! Throw it on with a suede skirt and heeled booties for a date night or leggings and sneakers for a long flight. I love that this sweater makes it super easy to incorporate pieces from your existing wardrobe!
Here, I decided to keep things casual and easy for a day of running around and picking up Halloween decorations (aka candy). I added some of my seasons go-tos including these amazing lace-up back riding boots and comfortable distressed denim. Apologies in advance, because you’ll be seeing this cozy number quite often over the next few months!
