The Brazilian Court Hotel Review

Red Ruffle Dress

A few weeks ago, Armaan and I decided to have a weekend getaway and drove to Palm Beach for a stay at The Brazilian Court! We loved every minute of our stay, so I’m so excited to share this The Brazilian Court Hotel review of our stay there in case you’re on the lookout for a fun weekend trip!

Even though we live part time in Florida, we haven’t done much exploring in the state, other than Orlando. It was our first time at Palm Beach for both of us, and we fell in love immediately driving on to the island. The Brazilian Court’s location was one of the things that we loved; it is tucked away in between gorgeous houses in a residential area, only a few blocks from Worth Avenue and the beach. I joked to Armaan that the moment I walked into the lobby, I immediately felt more relaxed. The lobby itself gives off an ‘at home’ relaxed vibe and sits right next to the stunning court yard filled with palms, a fountain and beautiful little places to sit. Plus, they have the most AMAZING candle burning at the front desk filling the air with a wonderful orange and honey scent. Everything is walking distance, which we loved because you get more of a feel of the area, and there is no shortage of photo opportunities or gorgeous corners.

THE ROOMS:

The Brazilian Court has only 80 rooms, we stayed in a one bedroom suite with a patio. The room was super spacious with a small sitting area, refrigerator, wine fridge (!!) and sink. From the comfiest bed, plush robes and slippers – we were in heaven. We loved the patio for sitting out and having morning coffee. We did have a slight problem with our air conditioner on the first night and the second day and ended up changing rooms, but our second room was just as beautiful as the first! The rooms are also dog friendly, which we love. We even met the cutest German Shepard during our stay!

THE FOOD:

Even if you’re staying somewhere else in Palm Beach, you MUST go to the famous Cafe Boulud by Chef Daniel Boulud inside the hotel. Looking back, I’m not sure how we didn’t eat every meal there.  We had an amazing lunch the first day which I’m still dreaming about. From the delicious lobster roll, to the yummy drinks (try the ‘Bramble’ – so good!) and desserts, we didn’t have one bad bite. The staff there was also amazing! We loved it so much, we made reservations for brunch the next day which was equally as amazing (the Belgian waffles were a dream!). Definitely make reservations before you go, because even during the ‘off season’ in Palm Beach – it was packed!

THE GROUNDS AND AMENITIES:

If only photos did justice to how absolutely gorgeous the grounds of this hotel are! Walking through the court yards makes you feel like you’re hidden away in a tropical, luxurious jungle. Each court yard is different, making walking through (and photo opportunities fun). There are a ton of plush lounges to do some tanning on, sip a drink or catch up on some reading. We also loved the pool area, but just a tip – it’s a small area, so I recommend getting there early if you want a spot! Because we had some air conditioning troubles with our room, we kept missing a spot. There is also a spa on site, which we would love to visit next time. Overall, it’s a definite visit again in my book!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
